The Email Disk Usage Interface

The Email Disk Usage interface enables you to view all your mailboxes, as well as removes large or old email messages. The information provided here, about this useful interface, is valid for versions 82 through the latest version.

Account

You need to select the account that has to be modified, from the Account menu. It needs to be mentioned here that the Account menu appears only for cPanel accounts. It won’t appear in Webmail accounts.

Search

The Mailboxes Table

You need to bear in mind that due to system caching, the recent changes in the disk space of your account might not be reflected by these values.

• Actions – It refers to the actions that are available for the mailbox.

Remove Messages

If you want to remove messages, then you need to carry out the below-mentioned steps.

• Click Manage.

• Select a removal option from the menu.

You need to select custom query ... for customizing your removal option.

• Click Delete Permanently.

Now you have successfully removed the message that you wanted to remove.
